SPECT/CT/PET

NanoScan® SPECT system combines high-end detector technology, porous collimator technology with TeraTomo 3D reconstruction algorithm, with a resolution of 0.275 mm and a high sensitivity of 13000 cps/MBq in the industry. It can also carry out multi-nuclide labeling, thus realizing one-time synchronous scanning imaging of multiple nuclides, which can be used for multi-molecule labeling and biodistribution research.

NanoScan® SPECT/CT combines spiral scanning, semi-static scanning and full-static scanning techniques, flexibly realizing in-vivo imaging of small animals such as rats, mice, rabbits, small dogs and monkey brains, and fast and dynamic scanning of whole body organs in a single field of vision.

Application

Short half-life isotope imaging with 11C in mouse

High count rate tolerance allows quantitative dynamic imaging of multiple animals even with short half-life radiotracers.

Animal: 2x 20g mice

Radiotracer: 5.15 MBq (139 μCi) and 5.28 MBq (142 μCi) 11C – choline per mouse

Acquisition: dynamic PET
